Product Analyst

Key Role in Transformational Change

The role of a Product Analyst is to play a critical part in the detailed analysis of product opportunities and driving informed decision-making.

You will work closely with stakeholders to provide expertise and support the end-to-end product lifecycle, including gathering and analysing user data, market trends, and business requirements to identify opportunities, validate product ideas, and evaluate product performance.

  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics Product Team and Engineering Teams to ensure problems are well understood, clearly defined, and there is a clear path on how the strategic vision will be translated into modern and market-leading software.
  • Analyse product usage, client behaviour, and performance metrics to inform feature development and enhancements.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies to keep track of key products and deliverables from inception to production iterations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Researching and articulating complex technical, financial, and conceptual ideas into actionable insights, specifications, and plans.
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to guide prioritisation and continuous improvement.
  • Championing internal and external adoption of foundation capabilities and services.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools.
  • Experience with analytics and cloud platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
