As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our business and company vision forward.

About the Job
  • Work closely with our cross-functional team to integrate data insights into the product development process.
  • Analyze customer behavior to uncover valuable insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and refine reports, dashboards to present complex information in an easily understandable format for the wider business.
  • Prepare and present in-depth analyses of specific features or journeys, identifying key learnings and product opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Prior significant experience in a relevant field or analytics role.
  • Proficiency in product analytics tools, such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Heap.
  • Experience with reporting tools (Tableau preferred).
  • Advanced understanding of best practice analysis, programming, and visualization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and written skills to collaborate effectively across functional areas.
