Gaming Customer Experience Professional

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced gaming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport with members and guests from diverse backgrounds
- Provide personalized assistance with enquiries and requests
- Maintain the gaming floor by fixing machine errors and ensuring a clean and safe environment
- Work across various areas including housekeeping, bar, and gaming services
- Ensure great customer service experiences are delivered efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in smoking areas
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Current RSA, RCG, and ARCG qualifications are mandatory
- Bar and gaming service experience is desirable
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Able to meet physical demands of the role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
