  About The Role....
  
  In this All-Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
  • Providing Drinks Service, fixing machine errors and maintaining the gaming floor
  • Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including TAB and Keno
  • Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; and
  • Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.
    
    
  Requirements
  • Must be willing to work in smoking areas whilst wearing a face mask
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential
  • Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
