As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household chores
  • Encourage participation in recreational and social activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement personalized plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client
Requirements:
  • Experience working with people with complex support needs and challenging behaviors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information
  • Initiative and self-motivation to take ownership of client outcomes
  • Positive and professional approach to supporting individuals with disabilities
