About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Nielsen Television Audience Measurement (TAM) in Sydney. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our broadcaster and media industry clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide data insights and analysis to support client decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Develop and deliver software training and support to ensure clients are fully utilizing our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the media industry, with a strong understanding of client needs and expectations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Tableau, with experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and L&J/Nielsen Fusion.
