We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support our customers in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver exceptional customer experience by identifying individual needs and promoting our products and services.
- To showcase excellent customer service skills and build rapport with customers in a team setting.
- To participate in ongoing training opportunities and apply learned skills to support customers and colleagues.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Demonstrated sales expertise
- Cash handling experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to quickly build rapport with people and work collaboratively as a supportive team member
- A demonstrated ability to adapt positively to change
- FSRA Tier 2 qualification (desired)
- Lending and/or previous banking experience (desired)
This is a full-time role based on a 38 hour work week, with the flexibility to work at any branch within the region as required.
