Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our airport operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include meeting and greeting customers, boarding and disembarking flights, assisting special needs customers, and providing information to travelers.

  • You will work a 7 day rotational shift roster covering a 24/7 operation
  • Recent face-to-face customer service experience within the hospitality or tourism industries is essential
  • A strong communicator and listener with a proactive attitude is required
  • You will be able to manage and diffuse difficult situations
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to follow through to resolution
