Job Description

Multiple locations available - Joondalup and Midland. A full-time position with a competitive salary and perks is offered for this role, which includes morning shifts with alternate weekends.

We're looking for an experienced supervisor to lead our kitchen team in accordance with industry procedures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for motivating and training kitchen staff, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of product presentation and quality.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively as part of a team, and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and lead the kitchen team to ensure effective operations and adherence to company procedures.
  2. Motivate and train kitchen staff to enhance their skills and job performance.
  3. Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
  4. Manage stock efficiently and support the implementation of company systems and procedures.
