We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to support our Head Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and cook food efficiently, economically, and hygienically for our guests.
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation according to recipes and industry standards.
  • Operate all equipment, tools, and machines safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the Stewarding department and other kitchen staff.
  • Develop and maintain a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests.
Requirements:
  • Hold full Australian Working rights (sponsorship not offered).
  • Be physically based in Perth or willing to relocate (no relocation assistance provided).
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with background in grill, banquet, breakfast, or prep sections.
  • Demonstrate strong technical abilities, reliability, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Exhibit skilled time management and organisation skills.
