- Ensure strict adherence to company HACCP and WHS policies.
- Minimize waste and optimize costs.

Essential Qualifications:
- Trade qualification with experience as a Sous Chef or higher.
- Proven exposure to large-scale or bulk catering facilities in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of HACCP / Food Safety / WHS and QA principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid time and interpersonal management skills.
- Experience in managing a cross-functional team.
