Data-Driven Decision Making


TPG Telecom Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics & Insights Analyst to join their Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and optimizing CLM data and insights to support the company's commercial strategy.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement data-driven insights to inform business decision-making and achieve commercial targets.
  • Manage recurring, on-demand, and proactive programs of work to drive business improvements.
  • Consolidate data and use sophisticated analytics to acquire insights that drive business growth.
  • Present and communicate critical data, visualizations, insights, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer behavior, product, and pricing changes, and campaign effectiveness to impact revenues and subscribers.
  • Develop methodologies to effectively measure campaign uplift and incremental gains.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to design and execute on strategic analytics roadmaps in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the development, integration, and optimization of critical data sets and insights.


Requirements




  • Strong background in data and analytics with a demonstrated record of extracting meaningful data and using insights to support decisions to improve business objectives.
  • Strong data analysis, data visualization, and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Intermediate skills in SQL and proficiency in understanding data, entity relationship, structured, and unstructured databases.
  • Working knowledge of data platforms – Teradata, AWS (or similar) cloud-based data platform.
  • Experience in Python programming, AWS cloud-based data platform, reporting, and visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) is highly advantageous.
  • Experience working with Agile, Jira, and Confluence will be a plus.
