About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Business Operations Manager to lead and manage store operations and teams across the nominated area(s). Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth, maximise profitability, and enhance business efficiencies that support our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to retail and clinical teams within the area to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
    • Implement Bay Audio Policies and Procedures to increase team effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Foster open communication between National Support Office, store, and clinical teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
    • Develop and execute strategies to exceed revenue targets and drive lead generation.
    • Lead, manage, and coach clinical teams and store managers during regular store visits and communications.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit talented individuals for clinical, MSO, and retail roles, ensuring the right team members are selected through effective interview processes.
    • Ensure new team members undergo proper onboarding, including correct timetabling for training and follow-up in all stores.
    • Adhere to employment gateways, including day one/week one, first month/six month probation reviews.
    • Develop and evolve area people plans, identifying opportunities for growth and future vacancies.
    • Forecast recruitment needs on a store-by-store basis, working with NSO Recruitment partners.
  • Other
    • Design and implement effective rostering and management systems for daily, weekly, and monthly rosters.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Driving business growth and development.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of years of experience in a Senior Store Management or Multi-site equivalent role.
  • Extensive retail and/or sales management experience and knowledge.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in contributing to organisational achievements.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
