Frontline Ambassador

This role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer service to patrons and championing the purpose of Growing Townsville through collaborative working with stakeholders.

The Frontline Ambassador will provide front-of-house support, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors to the gallery. This includes managing reception, gift shop operations, ticketing, telephone, information, and email communications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly
  • Working collaboratively across departments to deliver corporate goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Developing and implementing effective operational procedures
