Customer Service Coordinator

Our organisation provides and maintains community assets, contributing to an active lifestyle for residents and visitors.

As a key member of the team, you will provide front-of-house customer service and operational support to Gallery services. You will work collaboratively with all Gallery staff to deliver a range of services and programs, taking direction from the Galleries Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-of-house management including reception, gift shop, ticketing, telephone, information, and email communications to visitors to both Perc Tucker Regional Gallery and Pinnacles Gallery.
  • Work collaboratively across Council to achieve our purpose of Growing Townsville.

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing front-of-house management including reception, gift shop, ticketing, telephone, information, and email communications to visitors.
