About the Role
  • Provide expert guidance to assist injured clients and their employers with safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
  • Maintain high-quality services across customers as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functional areas, ergonomics, equipment, and home environments to identify potential hazards and develop effective solutions.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Implement rehabilitation services tailored to individual needs, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Represent your organisation at public forums and contribute to various committees as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and negotiation.
  • Determination to consistently provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • A keen sense of punctuality and time management, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines.
