Job Opportunity

Join a dynamic team that focuses on rehabilitation and wellness services for military personnel. The role involves supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey, applying nursing knowledge to facilitate return to wellness plans, and case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including employees who have suffered injury or illness, medical specialists, other treatment providers, and allied health professionals;
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans based on individual needs;
  • Conduct initial assessments and perform worksite reviews;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant professional body as a Registered Nurse;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing;
  • Experience with case management and professional documentation;
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support common goals;
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate.

Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Osteopaths, or Social Workers with appropriate professional registration are also encouraged to apply.
