Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled care professional to join our team in the Northern Beaches region. The role involves delivering high-quality personal care services to aged care clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living support to clients, including assistance with medications, mobility, and therapy goals.
  • Deliver complex care to clients with high care needs, offering social and emotional support as needed.
  • Transport clients to lifestyle activities or appointments and support family carers to take breaks.
  • Perform home help services, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) is required.
  • Australian Driver's Licence and a roadworthy vehicle are necessary for transporting clients.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role is preferred, with skills in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
  • Proof of vaccination against certain diseases is required prior to commencement.
