Carer Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to provide personal care assistance with daily living.

This role involves assisting with the delivery and administration of medication, providing mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans, maintaining accurate health care documentation as required, encouraging residents to participate in scheduled social activities, building relationships with our residents and their families, and adhering to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care support with daily living tasks

  • Foster engagement in social activities
  • Nurture positive relationships with residents and families

Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
  • Passion for delivering world-class care
  • Ability to work collaboratively and delegate effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
