The Role

As a Carer, you will provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, assist with medication administration, and support residents' mobility according to their care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate health care documentation
  • Encourage residents to participate in social activities
  • Build relationships with residents and their families
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Min Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
  • A passion for delivering world-class care
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
