Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with the delivery and administration of medication as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date healthcare documentation is maintained.
  • Support residents' participation in scheduled social activities and events.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability is required.
  • You must have a passion for delivering high-quality care and a strong commitment to resident-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with residents and their families.
