About Our Work

We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals.

Our team works in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW, providing a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services under the NDIS.

We are looking for an experienced professional to work with our senior leaders and house teams to design effective rosters in a complex, regulated environment.

This is a full-time role that requires strong collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills. You will work collaboratively and constructively with colleagues, fostering positive working relationships across all teams and levels of the organisation.

You will have experience working within Community and/or Not-for-Profit organisations, and specific knowledge of Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short Term Accommodation (STA) services under the NDIS.

The successful applicant will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create effective rosters in a complex, regulated environment
  • Support operational teams with creating NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) rosters
  • Draft and maintain efficient, accurate rosters informed by input from Operations staff, Acquisition and Retention teams, and Operations Management
  • Prepare and deliver reports to the Team Leader and Senior Manager – Roster Development
Requirements
  • Experience working within Community and/or Not-for-Profit organisations
  • Specific knowledge of SIL and STA services under the NDIS
  • Ability to ensure systems, governance, structures, and processes are in place to deliver safe, high-quality support
  • Proven capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills
