The Role

We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in providing support services using a person-centered and active approach.

  • Maintain and monitor client plans for effective support.
  • Foster a client-focused approach when engaging with individuals.
  • Maintain professional interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance and training requirements are met.
  • Be prepared to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • A valid DHS Disability Clearance/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 & HLTAID001).
  • A current Manual Handling Certificate.
  • A current Assist with Medication Certificate.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • Working Rights in Australia.
