Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced diesel mechanic to perform planned maintenance and carry out major component change outs across various mine sites.

  1. Ensure the highest level of safety is maintained at all times.
  2. Hold relevant trade qualifications in mobile plant mechanics.
  3. Have extensive knowledge and experience in mining equipment.
  4. Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in remote areas.
  5. Possess good communication and customer service skills.

  • A competitive starting wage with opportunities for bonuses.
  • Multiple rosters and ad hoc available.
  • Scaled rates - starting rate $67/hr, potential to qualify for $85/hr based on performance and training completed.
  • Superannuation paid on all ordinary hours up to 12 hours per rostered shift.
  • Minimum 12hrs paid for all work days whilst working in the Pilbara on rostered days.
  • Hourly reimbursements paid for transport to and from home to airport, or airport parking.
