Key Responsibilities

As a UX Chapter Lead, you'll be responsible for guiding and inspiring a team of UX design professionals. Your key objectives will include:

  • Driving the design and user experience strategy, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of UX initiatives.
  • Designing and bringing to life our vision for digital experiences, taking ownership of key customer & commercial targets.
  • Leading designers working on multiple digital assets across our brand portfolio, including apps like My App and Lebara Mobile App.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience (7-10 years) in UX design, including user research, interaction design, and usability testing.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing design teams.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
