Job Title: Chapter Lead Customer Engagement

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of designers, driving innovation in customer engagement across digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine the vision for digital customer and staff experiences, shaping touch points and features within our banking ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user and business needs, leveraging expertise from researchers, experience designers, UI designers, human-centered designers, and accessibility experts.
  • Lead the evolution of UI design practices, driving improvements in teamwork and product delivery.
  • Provide strategic design direction, creative vision, and guidance on best practices to ensure high-quality products.
  • Evaluate complex ecosystems, identifying opportunities to enhance brand, product, and interaction.
  • Advise on technology and process implementation, contributing to work processes with engineering partners.
  • Deliver big ideas and storytelling, demonstrating authority and confidence in your role as a Chapter Lead Customer Engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, inspiring teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Conceptual thinking, exploring product and design opportunities visually and distilling them into actionable direction.
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with experience in UI, design systems, prototyping, motion design, style guides & specs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in UX sensibilities and a well-rounded product designer with an eye for detail.
  • Tech-literate designer capable of defining and shaping work processes.
