Job Title: Senior Design Chapter Lead

Design and Innovation Expertise

This role focuses on crafting acquisition experiences that capture customer imagination and drive business growth. You will spearhead the end-to-end design of journeys from discovery to delivery, leveraging UX/UI expertise to optimize engagement and conversion.

  • Develop compelling designs for acquisition touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency and creative excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, scope work, and measure impact.
  • Use data-driven insights and research to inform design decisions and continually improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning design journeys to deliver engaging acquisition experiences.
  • Mentoring designers to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborating with product managers and marketers to align on goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, including leadership in acquisition or growth-focused teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless collaboration across functions.
  • Expertise in responsive web design, prototyping, and design systems to drive innovative solutions.
  • Experience using customer research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions.
