Looking for a challenging role where you can apply your technical expertise to drive business growth? We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Risk Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

  • Oversight of all BAU technology risk and control activities, ensuring the effective implementation of risk management strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on decisions and processes regarding delivered technology risks and enhancement/development of technology controls.
  • Manage the Technology operational risk profile and IT control first-line monitoring.
  • Monitor and report on the health of IT assets and the overall control environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the threat landscape in Australia and ING globally to provide insights to the teams.

About You

  • Certified in one or more of the following: CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM.
  • Experience in Risk Management and/or IT Security is essential.
  • Knowledge of Banking and relevant External Regulations, processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT General Computer Controls (ITGCs), Application-Level Controls, and technical Security Controls from industry frameworks such as NIST and CoBIT.
  • Technical understanding of the IT environment, including its architectural direction in context of risk management.
  • Experience with the implementation of NFR Framework within business units or Cloud risk is an advantage.
