Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care services
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team through effective coaching and mentoring practices
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring seamless continuity of service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance programme quality and outcomes based on the Goodstart Practice Guide
