Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

 

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Area Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education by leading a dedicated team and overseeing the operations of multiple centres.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of multisite management, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine passion for inspiring educators and children. They will be responsible for ensuring high-quality learning experiences and care across all centres, as well as driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive centre performance
  • Lead and manage a team of Centre Directors and staff to achieve individual goals and targets
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and audits to ensure financial stability and integrity
  • Maintain safe and welcoming environments for children, families, and staff
  • Assist Nominated Supervisors in achieving maximum enrolment and improving centre quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years teaching experience in early childhood education
  • Proven multisite management experience overseeing 5 or more centres
  • Full driver's license
  • Current National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months)
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for inspiring educators and children
  • Strong business acumen and operational leadership skills
  • Genuine commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences and care
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
