**Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Centre Manager (2IC) and Preschool Room Leader to support the daily operations of our centre. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with educators to ensure children receive the best care and learning experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring smooth operations and the well-being of children and staff.
- Lead the Preschool Room, creating a stimulating learning environment that prepares children for school and beyond.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, mentoring educators, and promoting professional growth.
- Maintain high standards of care and education by adhering to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Assist in planning and implementing a centre program based on the EYLF
- Build strong relationships with families and the community, promoting open communication and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Effectively manage floor ratios and breaks

**Requirements:**

- A Cert III or Diploma in early childhood education is essential.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS is required.
- Current First Aid Certificate and Valid Working with Children Check
- Strong verbal communication skills and organisational leadership abilities
