We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education Manager to lead our team of educators and support the operations of multiple services. As an Area Manager, you will oversee and support the delivery of high-quality early education and care, ensuring that our centres meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring centres adhere to policies, licensing, legislation, regulations, NQF, EYLF, and NQS standards;
  • Developing and implementing programs, systems, and processes to ensure smooth, high-quality centre operations;
  • Guiding and supporting staff in professional growth, performance, and achievement of individual goals;
  • Managing budgets, reporting, audits, ACECQA requirements, and liaising with regulatory bodies;
  • Maintaining safe, welcoming environments for children, families, staff, and visitors, supporting WH&S policies;
  • Assisting Nominated Supervisors in achieving maximum enrolment and ensuring centres are prepared for Assessment & Rating, QIP, and accreditation standards.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in early childhood education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent); Diploma-qualified applicants will also be considered;
  • A minimum of 5 years teaching experience in early childhood education;
  • Proven multisite management experience overseeing 5 or more centres;
  • A current National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months);
  • A team-oriented mindset with a passion for inspiring educators and children;
  • Strong business acumen and operational leadership skills;
  • Genuine commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences and care;
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
