Global Capability and Learning Leader

This is a pivotal role within our organisation, driving the development of a cutting-edge global capability framework and learning curriculum. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our learning strategy, crafting innovative experiences that foster growth and development within our team.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a world-class global capability and competency framework, aligned with organisational goals and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, enhancing leadership skills and capabilities, and positively influencing leadership impact and succession planning.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance organisational and team effectiveness, ensuring sustainable growth aligned with strategic goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and optimise learning management systems and an integrated capability framework across the entire people lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in organisational development, capability development, or learning and development.
  • A profound understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training delivery methods.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate seamlessly at all levels of the organisation.
  • A track record of solving business challenges through the effective design and implementation of relevant programmatic interventions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for learning and development.
  • Experience with learning management systems and other HRIS technologies.
