Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a Strategic Learning and Capability Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Consultant, Learning and Capability, to support the co-design, testing, and rollout of the HSW Learning Pathway.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning and development analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation in a professional environment. They will also possess demonstrated experience applying human-centered design principles, project management methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Consultant in delivering strategically aligned learning and capability investments
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning programs that improve employee and organizational capability
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Capability team members to uplift the TAC's capability and performance

Requirements

  • A systems thinker with a love for creating innovative, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of the organization
