We are seeking a Civil Labourer to join our team in Perth. In this role, you will conduct civil labouring tasks to assist with property and infrastructure construction sites.

Our Construction team supports business growth by focusing on internal and external civil works, plant operation, and property maintenance. To be successful, you must be self-motivated and willing to complete jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain construction sites for building projects
  • Perform manual tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
  • Operate machinery and equipment according to procedures
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Support tradespeople and collaborate with team members
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols
  • Document production data and maintain records

Requirements:

  • A valid MR or HR licence
  • Hands-on experience with small concrete and paving works, pit and pipe installation, standing poles etc
  • Full working rights
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in different weather conditions
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
  • Technical competence in operating specific machinery
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines

This role offers the opportunity to take on both civil labourer and machine operator responsibilities, contributing to various aspects of construction projects.
