We are currently seeking experienced Civil Operators for an upcoming six-month project in the Pilbara, starting immediately. We are assembling skilled crews for 2:1 and 20:8 roster with 12-hour shifts, offering a great opportunity to work on a significant construction project.

We're on the lookout for skilled and safety-conscious Civil Plant Operators to join our dynamic team working on a range of civil infrastructure and earthworks projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate civil machinery, including excavators, graders, Loaders, and dozers
  • Assist with site preparation, drainage, trenching, and earthmoving
  • Perform daily machinery checks and maintenance
  • Work closely with site supervisors and adhere to all safety protocols

What You'll Bring:

  • Excavator Ticket

  • Grader Ticket
  • Dozer Ticket
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Franna Crane (desirable)
  • Experience in civil construction or roadworks (preferred)
  • Strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork
  • HR/HC License (desirable)
