Billing Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Billing Operations Specialist to ensure accurate and timely billing to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly billing for our flagship software and other acquired business products.
  • Maintain efficient billing workflow processes, including pre-month-end checks and data preparation.
  • Investigate billing data discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage pricelists, both system configuration and sales documents.
  • Improve current billing workflows, suggesting and driving change as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the team on integration efforts of acquisitions relating to billing processes.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with large data sets.
  • Effective communication skills and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven experience in billing (minimum 2-3 years) in a similar role.
  • Experience with Power Query and the software or technology industry is preferred but not essential.
