Customer Service Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for each customer who visits the store.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of sales floor presentation in line with brand guidelines and direction.
  3. Maintain stock levels and inventory control, processing deliveries and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements:
  • A strong can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong alignment with organizational values and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours, including school holidays, and possession of reliable transportation.
  • Retail or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential – we value the right attitude and skills over prior experience.
