We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing key national accounts, and expanding our customer base in the Independent Grocery channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quarterly business reviews, category reviews, and joint customer plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, including logistics, distribution, accounts, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Achieve revenue, margin, and contribution targets for designated customer groups through effective account management and sales planning.
- Utilize consumer insights and data analysis to identify and maximize existing business opportunities and drive new growth in the Independent Grocery channel.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue and volume, and coordinate campaigns and promotions with key customers to drive sales growth.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand market trends and make strategic recommendations for future planning.
- Collaborate with Merchandise and Category Managers, franchises, and Group Marketing Managers to plan, monitor, and review sales activities and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- 3-4 years' experience in FMCG sales leadership, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Experience within Independent Grocery account management, including Metcash Head Office, state DCs, and key MSO retailers.
- Strong relationship building and high levels of tenacity and resilience, with a results-oriented mentality and a passion for driving sales growth.
- Experience with FMCG databases such as Quantium, Nielsen, and IRI/Aztec.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are desirable.
- Current Australian driver's license is required.
- Proven track record in managing and negotiating trading terms and range reviews with major customers.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
