As a seasoned HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting local business leaders and teams.
Main Responsibilities:- You will collaborate with HQ HR teams to deliver HR processes and programs in the local office.
- Your strong relationships with local business leaders and employees will be key in providing expert advice on HR policies and practices.
- You will develop and implement Country HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Key responsibilities include managing the full HR spectrum, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, and performance management.
- Additionally, you will oversee office administrative matters, such as asset control and maintenance, expenditure management, and record keeping.
- A degree in Human Resource or Business Administration is required.
- You must have at least 7 years of relevant HR business partnering experience.
- Familiarity with local employment laws and legislations is essential.
- You should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with all levels within an organization, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, are necessary.
- Real estate industry experience is highly desirable.
