Key Commercial Role

We are seeking a commercial professional to support the delivery of a major Defence capability.

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including leading the development and execution of contract management strategies, monitoring contractor performance, and coordinating representation in key contract meetings and reviews.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of contract management plans, tools, and processes.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate representation in key contract meetings and reviews.
  • Manage contract deliverables, milestone certifications, and change proposals.
  • Support resolution of contractual issues, claims, and disputes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance is required by the Commonwealth.
  • In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be an inherent requirement.
