We are seeking a skilled Corporate Advisory Lawyer to join our team. As a member of this team, you will engage in various projects within the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Advisory space.

Job Description
  • This role involves acting for buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, including undertaking due diligence.
  • You will advise on general commercial and corporate law matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is also a key responsibility.

In addition, you will have opportunities to contribute to business development and marketing activities, as well as legal precedents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Acting for clients seeking approval from various regulators, including FIRB, ACCC and ASIC.
  • Providing critical support on transactions and drafting commercial agreements.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post admission experience, working in a corporate advisory position.
