Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned corporate lawyer to join our Melbourne Corporate Advisory Team. With a focus on private and public M&A transactions, equity capital markets fundraisings, and general corporate and commercial experience, this role offers the chance to work with a growing team that regularly adds new clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience from a reputable corporate and commercial law practice, with a strong understanding of corporate law and M&A best practices. They will possess excellent drafting skills, a focus on client service, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to take a lead role on matters and drive them forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality and commercially astute advice on all aspects of corporate law;
  • Work closely with partners and clients in a collaborative team environment;
  • Develop skills, build networks, and play a lead role on key aspects of transactional work.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded corporate team undertaking a mixture of private treaty, public company, and general corporate and commercial work.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years' PQE;
