Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing rent arrears, lease renewals, inspections, maintenance coordination, and client communications.
  • Delivering outstanding service to clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Issuing breach notices and negotiating lease agreements effectively.
  • Working collaboratively with senior managers and support teams for seamless operations.

We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in property management or leasing, coupled with a valid Certificate of Registration.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
