Senior Property Manager

Join a team that supports tenant wellbeing and community connection by managing tenancies across a social and affordable housing portfolio. This role will be located in the Illawarra/Shoalhaven region with required travel across South/West Sydney.
Key Responsibilities- Manage tenancy agreements, rent processes, and eligibility screening
- Support tenants through onboarding, needs assessments, and referrals
- Oversee property inspections and maintenance coordination
- Maintain compliance with tenancy legislation and internal policies
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in tenancy legislation, property systems, and reporting
- 5+ years' experience in tenancy or housing management
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related fields (desirable)
