Job Opportunity Overview

A global leader in high-calibre, on-demand legal talent seeks mid-senior legal professionals with a strong background in commercial and consumer law.

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3+ years PQE within top-tier private practice or a large in-house legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong technical experience across Commercial Law with exposure to areas including Consumer Law, Intellectual Property, Digital Commerce and/or Data Privacy.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail or consumer, digital product/commerce industry would be advantageous.
  • Ability to proactively solve problems, collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn business requirements quickly and hit the ground running, analyse legal and commercial risks and propose creative solutions.
  • Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.
