Business Development Executive

Drive business growth and development as a Business Development Executive, leveraging your expertise in lead generation, market research, and relationship management to expand our national network and global presence.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to create compelling proposals, ensuring smooth customs procedures, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare capability presentations for prospective clients by liaising with internal teams.
  • Collaborate on proposal compilation, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates on successful proposals to stakeholders.
  • Communicate tender opportunities with the Marketing team.
  • Ensure customer delight through timely responses and effective implementation.
  • Identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop targeted campaigns and work with Marketing to promote offers.
  • Initiate and assist in designing sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Review processes and recommend improvement initiatives.
