Job Title

This is a senior social work role that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families affected by drug and alcohol issues.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with parents and families to address child protection and well-being issues, including reducing the risks associated with harmful patterns of parental substance use.
  • Communicate information in a client electronic record system and other computer-based applications.
  • Timely communication and escalation of significant concerns to medical specialists and/or line managers.

Requirements
  • Current Driver's License and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
