Job Summary

We are seeking a Local Host Ambassador to join our team at Punthill Little Bourke. As a key member of our small team, you will provide exceptional guest services, create lasting memories, and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of guest services at all touchpoints, including check-in, check-out, and during their stay
  • Offer creative resolutions to complaints and problems
  • Act as a true host and local connection for our guests, providing advice and recommendations on key points of interest
  • Respond to emergency situations in a safe and professional manner
  • Identify and explore opportunities to increase the number of returning and new guests
  • Support the Hotel Manager to ensure the hotel operates to Veri-Best standard

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Approved Australian working rights
  • First Aid Certificate (or be able to obtain before starting)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or be able to obtain before starting)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays on rotation with other team members
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Experience in a customer service role
