- Lead and instruct team members as delegated, including planning training and development to improve productivity and reduce staff turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by attending to in-person customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to identify and resolve problems and performance failures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards of administration, reporting, and data entry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supervising an office to maintain an organized and optimal team environment.
- Ability to effectively direct and lead by example to promote a productive team-based operation.
- High level of competency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
Leadership Qualities:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
